A Sample First
Visit to Our Vein Treatment Center
After you schedule a
consultation with our office, we will mail you a welcome
packet. The packet offers you an overview of our
services, along with several easy to follow forms.
Simply read the forms, fill them out, and bring them to your
first appointment.
Your first appointment is
just an evaluation, no treatment will be performed. In
about an hour, we will take your medical history, and also
perform a few non-invasive tests. To make sure that you're comfortable, you should bring a pair of
short shorts, skirt, or bathing suit along with you for the
evaluation.
After your evaluation, we
will review your results. If you are in need of
treatment, we will walk you through which options are best for
you. We will explain the results you can expect from the
treatment. We can also determine whether treatment will
be covered by your insurance, and if we need to help with
pre-certification. We accept cash, check, money order,
credit cards, and most insurance (even HMO & Medicare).
